These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for use of the website and various services provided by BlueZen Digital Co., Ltd. (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all relationships between the Company and Users regarding the use of the Services.

The Company provides marketing strategy planning, advertising management, website and landing page (LP) production, content creation, data analysis, and other consulting and hands-on support related to the foregoing.
The Company does not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to sales, profits, or the conclusion of contracts. 

The Services are intended to support the User’s business activities; however, the Company does not guarantee any results of any kind, including but not limited to the following:

  • Increases in sales, profits, number of inquiries/leads, number of contracts, conversion rates, etc.
  • Outcomes from measures such as advertising, SEO, social media, or content distribution
  • Improvements in search rankings, impressions, clicks, engagement, or awareness
  • Improvements in brand value, corporate evaluation, credibility, or reputation
  • Acquisition of new customers, retention of existing customers, or increases in LTV
  • ROI, cost-effectiveness, or profitability
  • Expansion of market share or establishment of competitive advantage
  • Business growth, organizational improvement, or operational efficiency gains
  • Avoidance of impacts caused by changes to algorithms, external platforms, advertising channels, or specifications
  • Any results related to any work, support, advice, deliverables, or analysis provided in connection with the Services

These outcomes depend on factors such as the User’s business model, market environment, competitive conditions, budget, operational capabilities, and other external factors.
All final business decisions and their outcomes are the sole responsibility of the User.

  • Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Acts that infringe the rights or interests of third parties
  • Acts that cause disadvantage or damage to the Company or any third party
  • Acts that interfere with the operation of the Services

All intellectual property rights in materials, know-how, content, designs, data, and other items provided by the Company in connection with the Services belong to the Company or the rightful rights holders.
Users may not reproduce, repost, modify, or redistribute such materials without the Company’s prior written consent.

The Services may involve tools, platforms, advertising media, or other services provided by third parties.
The Company assumes no responsibility for the content of such third-party services, changes to their specifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.

The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Services, except in cases of the Company’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Even if the Company is found liable, the Company’s total liability shall be limited to the total amount of fees paid by the User to the Company for the relevant Services.

The Company may revise these Terms at any time if deemed necessary.
Revised Terms become effective upon being posted on the Company’s website.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

Information provided through the Company’s website and the Services is intended for general marketing support purposes only and does not constitute investment, legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice.
The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided and shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Services.
