Commercial Disclosure

1. Prices

Prices for the Services are determined individually based on the scope, content, duration, and conditions of each engagement. Specific pricing will be provided in writing or by electronic means and finalized upon mutual agreement between the parties.

2. Additional Fees

In addition to the service fees, customers are responsible for the following costs:

• Bank transfer fees
• Installment-related fees
• Internet connection and communication costs
• Fees for related third-party or subscription-based services
• Currency exchange differences and foreign payment processing fees

3. Payment Methods and Timing

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit card payment
• Bank transfer
• Foreign currency payments (USD / EUR / GBP supported)

Customers may choose a one-time payment or up to two installment payments at the time of application. Any installment-related fees are borne by the customer. For bank transfers, the contract is deemed concluded upon confirmation of payment to the designated account.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of the Services, including digital and consulting services, cancellations and refunds for customer convenience are not accepted in principle. However, if the Services cannot be provided due to reasons attributable to us, or if a material defect in the Services is identified, we may, at our discretion, provide re-performance or a reasonable refund or other remedy.

5. Force Majeure

If service provision becomes impossible due to system failures, natural disasters, communication disruptions, suspension of third-party services, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will make reasonable efforts to restore service or provide alternatives. If re-performance is not feasible, a refund will be issued for the portion of the Services not yet provided.

6. Disclaimer

We are not responsible for issues arising from the customer’s communication environment, device settings, or use of third-party tools, platforms, or services. While we strive to provide the Services in good faith and using reasonable methods, we do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes.
